General Description?

The Sun Garden has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.  It is decorated to a high standard and has a screened pool with a large patio deck for sunbathing. A veranda covers the patio furniture making it an ideal spot for al fresco dining. A pool heater is available for use in the colder months at an additional charge. There is a “Charley-Bar” installed on the patio doors for extra security and a child alarm that can be set to sound when the doors open. The pool’s underwater lights give a wonderful effect after dark! The Sun Garden has a two car garage with a large driveway and Guest controlled air con throughout the villa.

What's a K-Bug When it's at home?

K-BUG stands for "Know B4 U Go". The DVD has Point Of View (POV) footage of the The Sun Garden. This will give you a good idea of what the villa looks like 1st hand. Kids love getting excited about their Disney holiday, and this DVD gives you all a little taster of what to expect from the villa and the surrounding area. The Welcome pack includes plenty of hints and tips for your visit, tailored maps, advice and FAQ's.

As soon as you have booked your holiday and paid your deposit, the DVD and welcome pack will be automatically shipped to you free of charge.

This comfortable pool home is perfectly situated for all the major tourist attractions in Orlando. You will be just 15 minutes from Disney and less than 3 minutes from highway 192 where you will find big name restaurants, factory outlets and tourist attractions. Nearby is a recently opened link road that takes you over to Florida's largest Wal-Mart supercentre (24 hr) which includes a pharmacy.

Who looks after the villa for you?

Our management company are on hand 24/7 to help you with any needs/problems. Please refer to their handbook found in the villa when you arrive. They provide a number of pre-bookable  services as mentioned on the booking page.

You can pay via personal cheque, bankers draft, postal order and credit card (via paypal). A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation. This goes towards the cost of your booking. The balance of your reservation is due 60 days before the start of the booking. A refundable credit card security deposit of £150 is also required. Please see FAQ.

Located 8 miles south east of Walt Disney World, yet you will feel like you are in the ranch lands of the most remote parts of Florida. Indian Point's location was chosen by the developers as it was not only full of wide open spaces and surrounding pine forests, but also close enough to the excitement of the many Orlando area attractions. No city distractions are found here. A large community park land with a lake, tennis court, communal pool and children's playground make this a wonderful location for any family vacation.

What about Golf?

Golfers will be thrilled that within 5 miles are several of Florida's finest golf courses: Kissimmee Oaks, Falcon's Fire and Solivita are less then 10 minutes drive from your front door.

This house is ideal for the modern family, roomy and well designed. Perfect for entertaining pool parties or a quiet night away from the parks
